Minor waivers

Hi!

Anyone have Seneshal Thomas' e-mail address?  I'm going to be responsible
for two minors at an event in a week and a half, and I need to get copies of
Atlantia's minor waiver and medical release form.

I have copies of the West's forms, but don't know if they are legal in Virgina.
