Just to clear up the general confusion a mite-  Miriam Esther bat Issachar is 
the "Miriam at 19 days".  I am Miriam Rachael bat Mordecai (the non-pregnant 
Miriam).  'Ave Oi cleared that up enuff?  We don't want to confuse yer poor 
li'le 'eads now, do we Miriam?  ;-)
