You're right, many people are worse off than I, and I am grateful,
but I still don't understand why the mall was packed. It was the
same during the blizzard. When the police tell you to stay off the
roads unless an emergency, why do people risk life and limb (as well
as thier children) to come to the mall? And although we are this far
north (Richmond) my supervisor was told that she will have power AND
phone maybe by the end of the week and doesn't no when she"ll have
drinking water.
