Peerage Factors

Just a question here, but how many people have read the definition of 
Peerage in the Society Handbook (is that Copora, or what? I'm away from 
my library). Anyway, I seem to remember a listing of attributes that 
define a "Peer of the Society", getting very, very specific (knowledge of 
court games, courtesies and dance being listed), and then that was 
followed by further explainations concerning the different branches of 
the Peerage.
   Maybe it should be mentioned more often...
