Historical perspective two cents:

Growing up in Black Diamond, I did not choke when I had to say,
"S/heezan Isenfiri."

Now that I'm all growed up, that practice sure helps for out 
here when I get to say, "S/heeza Calontiri."

The secret is to make it a slurred contraction rather than saying
out all the words... :^)
