There are two types of e-mail: private and public. Your note of yesterday
quoted a portion of a private note sent from me to you in response to a
private e-mail I received from you. Only those notes with
"atlantia@atlantia.sca.org" in the "To:" or "CC:" lines are public posts.
One key point of "netiquette" is to keep things private that are sent
privately and/or advise the appropriate parties that you intend to put
private posts into a public note. If you don't understand what I'm talking
about, envision someone printing your personal mail on page 1 of the local
paper without your consent.

>From what I have read, the only portion of my posts on Authenticity you
focused on was the remark I made wondering how people in severe economic
straits, particularly with bills and kids, have the time and money to
participate in SCA. That in itself is fine. It's also your prerogative to
disagree with my opinions as a whole. However, I took affront at the
condescending tone of your posts, your interpretation of a general comment
as a personal attack, and your subsequent ad hominem attacks on me. My
"intentions" in this little debate were to merely put forth a position; I
don't recall offering any "advice" (implying a personal context) in doing so.

Frankly, Beatriz, spare me any further "apologies". Let's just drop it.
