In search of floppy boots

I have some wonderful leather I have purchased to make boots, but I have
a problem.  I can not find a pattern for Late Period " Three Musketeer"
style boots.  I Have a cobbler who can put a sole on my boots, but the
only patterns I can find are for Native American style moccassions.  If
anyone out there has info for where to find such patterns or have
patterns you can send please reply to this address.     Thanks , Nikolai
