Need Help ASAP (not life threatening)

Greetings from Yaakov:

I need help for a project I am undertaking.

I have contacted the good folks at Buconeer, aka the Baltimore in '98
Worldcon, and volunteered to help coordinate caravans from Worldcon to the
War.  In 1998, Worlcon will be the same weekend as the first weekend of
War.  It is my hope to unite people coming here from other locals who would
like to get to War but have no transportation, with people who have space
in their cars.

I am not soliciting rides yet (but stay tuned).  The good folks at Buconeer
would like a write-up of the SCA and Pennsic, so that they could run it
with my contact information.  They need this by March 15.

So I am asking for some brave soul to do the write-up or send me some
pre-written thing I can grab.  Authors will be credited for their work.  No
other compensations other than word-fame, alas, will be possible.
