    There have been Principality grumblings periodically over the years, from
the North and the South, but upon real examination, the inhierant benefits
have never outweighed the negatives.  In addition, the evolution of a
Principality should be like a birth.  Not until it is fully formed and grown
should a Princ. be born.  This allows for the larest and most experienced
pool of skills upon which to draw leadership.  If forced to exist before it
is ready, many might find it little more than an ego-trip for small fish
trying to make the pond smaller to make themselves seem larger.
