Scots titles, addendum

I forgot to mention this in my previous post because it does not apply
directly to me (I have no intention of assuming a female title), but to
any ladies interested, here is what I have been able to find for female
Scots titles equivalent to "Lady":

Lady--late 14th - ?
Leddy--16th - ?
Lethy--20th

Not as much variety, I'm afraid.
