As far as I know, no. There are programs out there, of mediocre
quality, that will take a competent blazon and try to draw a
picture for you. I suggest that you find Brooke-Little's A
Heraldic Alphabet or Gough and Parker's A Glossary of Terms Used
in Heraldry.

Also, since most people don't use a web browser to read their
email, could you use a vanilla ASCII sig instead?
