Good people of Atlantia,

Our search for a new submissions herald is now over.  Lord Evan da
Callaureo, currently holding the position of Kraken Herald, has presented a
most well-organized and satisfactory bid.  It is, therefore, the decision of
Master Herveus and myself to accept this application and bid you welcome
Lord Evan as the Golden Dolphin designate.

The changeover of office will occur at Twelfth Nite and all submissions
should begin going to Lord Evan after December 1st.  His contact info is as
