Just one addendum to my previous post...  for those of you in Northern
Atlantia who wish to compete for Royal Bard but cannot make it south for
Winter Solstice, I will hold one final, brief round of preliminaries just
prior to the actual Royal Bard competition at Kingdom 12th Night.  Yes,
sometimes you do get a second chance...
