Entrants in the last Crown Tourney

After the Spring Crown Tourney, a list was posted of all the entrants.  Was
this done for Fall Crown (and I missed it)?  All I know is that Duke Michael
won, and that one of our Marinusian fighters was entered.  Who else?

Outlands prints - or at least used to print - the list of contenders in
their Kingdom newsletter for the month Crown was held - I think this is a
neat idea.
