Unfortunately I just packed up all my books in prep. for a move, so I
can't look up the source for you.  However, I understand you can now
access Perseus on-line (the giant classics reference tool--originally came
in a CD ROM version).  I don't know the web address, but suggest you try
searching for "Perseus", or alternatively checking out the web pages for
either the Society for American Archaeology or the American Institute of
Philology.
