Good gentles, please remember that kissing a lady's hand should only be 
done when you know it is allowable.  If a lord i did not know well tried 
some of the things that have been described here and else where i am not 
sure exactly how i would react, but i am sure it would not be in the 
most delighted way.  That said, if someone i knew well did use the 
"bunny kiss" on me i would probably laugh and give them a hug or kiss on 
the cheek.
