A Really Simple University Question

Greetings Good Gentles!

I know that I am probably correct in my thinking, but I just wanted to make
darn sure of it...
This upcoming University will be my first and I just wanted to make sure that
it was a garb wearing event...I assume so but I didn't want to show up and be
the lone standout...
