Fearful Christians Relieved

By Niall "The Black Check" MacFarlane , Associated Press Writer

Rome, Italy (AP) - A fearful crowd of thousands flocked to Vatican Square to
gain salvation from the Pope after rumors spread the millennium would bring
on the end of the world. Upon the stroke of Midnight thousands wailed in
fear and 50 elderly persons were victims of heart failure. However, the
rumor of devastating calamity was found to be highly exaggerated. The Pope,
who originally gave confirmation of this rumor could not be reached for
comment.
