Er.... that date should be spring of *94*, not '89.  Math impaired, that's
me.... so the sentence should read as follows:

"The requirement is to submit a backlog scroll for an AoA that was awarded
before the Spring Crown Tourney held in AS XXVIII (spring of '94, in modern
parlance)."
