The day Catalonia gains its independence from Madrid (though not
necessarily King Juan Carlos), I expect that Barcelona will turn
into Europe's Party City. Then Navarra and Galicia will also
break, but I'm just not betting on it happening any time soon...

Andorra. The French think it's French, of course. The Castilians
ignore it. The Aragonese and Catalans go nuts over it. And,
because it's in the Pyrenees, it's neither in nor out of the
Iberian Peninsula.
