Yeah, Those guys in Jersey have NO sense of humor.  I remember making sure I
did EXACTLY 45mph thru Wall Twp. so I couldn't get busted for speeding, OR
holding up traffic.  The Wall Twp. cops were the worst on the
road....Especially since everybody laughed at their dumb "Smokey the Bear"
hats!!!
