At demos, I do a whole bit to dispell that ... my armor weighs about 45-50
pounds; I heft it out in a duffel bag and offer anyone to test its weight.
Then I don it, explaining the names and functions of the diffferent parts.
Then, fully armored, I go through various physical maneuvers, saying, "I can
bend, stoop, run, sit . ..."  I let myself fall to my back   " . ..  and get
up!" scrambling to my feet
