Re: Dancing
Poster: SCAVard@aol.com
Oops! This got clogged in my out box and was sitting there all weekend. The
Gentle in question *did* make it to the practice, but since the answer to his
question may be of general interest, I'm posting it anyway. :)
And while I'm on the topic, our website includes a list of upcoming events
which will include dancing. If you are hosting an event that will have some
dancing and would like me to include that event on our calendar, just say the
word. If a flyer for your event is available online, feel free to give me
that address and I'll add a link to it.
Currently-listed dance events include:
February 27th / Ponte Alto-Falls Church VA / Baronial Birthday
March 6th / Storvik-College Park MD / Investiture
March 20th / Caer Mear-Richmond VA / Coronation of Stephan and Niobe
March 27th / Dun Carraig-King George VA / Ladies' Day Tourney

The Regional Dance Practice is in Chesapeake Beach, MD, which is along the
border between Anne Arundel and Calvert Counties in Maryland. It's about
20-25 miles south of Annapolis, and 20-25 miles east of Washington on the
shore of the Chesapeake Bay.
Directions are highly dependent on where you are coming from. We have a web
page which covers *most* approaches, hopefully it will cover you as well.
That address is:

The web site or a good map will help you get to Chesapeake Beach, and I'll
cut/paste the local (=in town) directions to the Community Center below.
Hope to see you Sunday!
