Dear Denizens of the Merry Rose,
   I wish to thank all of you who responded with such compassion to my
request for prayers/good works on the behalf of Lady Fiona and Lord Alex
and their son Nathaniel. Alex and Fiona have been advised that there are
additional tumors and that he is not going to be able to survive to his
next birthday (his first one was on Friday last). Please continue to send
good thoughts their way as they steel themselves for the future. They have
given me permission to post their email address and agree that any kind of
communication, even just forwarded funnies, will help them through this.
