Feast of the Thirty
May 14-16, 1999

Once again we all gather on the field for fighting and feasting as the Canton of Falcon Cree hosts Feast of the Thirty. This year Aaron Forrestor, our kitchen steward, creates another fine feast. And this is his 10th year of doing this Feast, so he has some experience and will be pulling out all the stops. But remember this feast sells out early and the only made reservation is a paid reservation. If you want a guaranteed place at feast, send in your reservation NOW.
There will be much activity so you can burn off the calories in advance. For Heavy weapons fighters, we will have 3 tournaments - belted, non-belted and ladies. There will also be a Duello and Archery competitions. We will have period gaming classes during the day- come and learn. Or, better yet, come and teach! A&S categories will be: Hairstyles, hats, and headpieces and Period games (card, board, ball, what-have-you).
After feast we will offer Viking wrestling and drumming by the lake for those who can still do anything that strenuous after such a feast. And for those of us more sedentary, there will be a bardic circle and gaming hall in the feast hall so you can practice what youve learned in the gaming class. So join us for a day of fun and feast.

The cost is a mere pittance for the amount of fun in the offing:

On board, off site - 14.00
