I did indeed have a good time.  Actually I live in Gastonia NC and am only 
20 minutes from Charlotte.  I am interested in the SCA and the heavy 
fighting the most.  My wife sews and is an artist by trade.  I talked to 
somne people at the event and they said that she would be good in the SCA.
