Reston/Herndon Lunch - where?

Unto the denizens of the Tavern and the merrymakers outside, greeting.

This Thursday (March 9) is Reston/Herndon Lunch Day. Where is lunch
going to be held, and what is the official starting time? (I had to
leave early last month so I'm not sure what was decided upon).

p.s. Also this Thursday there is a Demo in the evening, down in Manassas,
     for a 6th grade Parent-Child festival, the culmination of their unit
     on the Middle Ages. Looking for dancers, fighters, musicians, etc.,
     for entertainment & enlightenment. Time is 7:00-8:30 I think. For
