Kingdom Finances

  The East has been going through financial troubles. Carolingia recently 
held a bake sale and auction to benefit the kingdom. Numerous fundraisers 
have beeen held to benefit Pikestaff.
  IMHO, the kingdom budget and expenses should be readily available to 
all interested parties (printed in the kingdom newsletter once a year?) 
if they are not easily available already.
