One point that I haven't seen get made about pavilions - to the best of my
knowledge, it is a requirement that all canvas pavilions in Pennsylvania be
flame-retardant.  There are several commercial pavilion makers that use
flame-retardant canvas, and it strikes me that it is a GOOD IDEA even if not
a legal requirement.
