The address you listed for Rabah is the same one I have been using without any
problems.   Maybe your server was being flaky,  however just because you're
paranoid doesn't mean they are not out to get you.  Maybe the EVIL POWER you
mentioned  did absconded with Rabah (or maybe just wants to prevent you
conspiring wih him).  Only the Shadow knows!
