Period Buttons information request

     Greetings!
     
     A friend of mine who is not net-capbale asked me to pass along a 
     request for any and all information on period buttons.  We know that 
     the sources are available; what we're after is information on what 
     they are and how much they cost.
     
     If you're feeling industrious and would like to post this request
