Sounds good, but again -- even graham flour is not period. The earliest
reference I can find to that is ca. 1834, referring to the whole wheat
flour marketed by Sylvester Graham (the aforementioned Kellogg-esque
health freak from the Victorian era) which is used to make graham
crackers (and the earliest references to graham crackers are ca. 1882,
which is odd, because that's 31 years after Graham died -- I guess he was
so healthy <snicker> that he was still inventing things at that point ...)
