New List Configuration

Hi folks,

As I said previously, I changed the list's configuration once
again tonight.  You will notice now at the top of every post
I have added a "Poster:" line that includes the e-mail address
of the person sending the message.  (Unfortunately, this still
does nothing for those who wish to forge e-mail, but at least
it's better than nothing.)  Also, per Tibor's suggestion, I have
added an "Errors-To:" header to direct all errors to my address
instead of the list.  (Hopefully most mailers out there will
actually pick up on this.)  I have decided, for the time being,
to leave the "Reply-To:" header set to the list.  The "Poster:"
header should aleviate some of the concerns about not knowing 
who originally sent the message.  If you have any comments about
