armorial question

Could somebody plaese look up the "official" blazon for my device in the
armorial? I told the blazon to somebody recently and they seemed to think I
had the wording wrong. Its been years since I actually had to say the
blazon... usually I just draw a sketch and say "this part's white, and this
part's red, and this part is black"
