New Web Site for Isenfir

For anyone who maintains lists of SCA group Web sites, or links to them, the
site for the Shire of Isenfir has changed.  It is now

http://www.student.virginia.edu/~isenfir

Note that this differs from the old URL only by the addition of the
"student" part.
