So would be true of members of the UBAG.  If they got caught, they'd need 
a new persona (you don't think personas die, just ask Thomas of Calais 
what happened to Thrid).

Anyway, I think this all sort of started when I wondered how the Crown of 
Atlantia would ever legalize a guild of assassins, anyway.
