One of the biggest events in northern Atlantia is "The Feast of the Passing
of the Ice Dragon" each March in Rhyderrich Hael, so by the title, at least,
it is the major focus of the event (although the Pentathlon of the Arts and
Sciences might be considered the real focus)

Unfortunately, the Ice Dragon doesn not really pass from Buffalo until May.
