One of the biggest events in northern Atlantia is "The Feast of the
Passing of the Ice Dragon" each March in Rhyderrich Hael, so by the title,
at least, it is the major focus of the event (although the Pentathlon of the
Arts and Sciences might be considered the real focus)

And just when did Atlantia annex this part of the East Kingdom? And does the
Eastern Crown know? For that matter, does Rhyderrich Hael know, and can we
get Thescorre too?

Well, if we start at Sylvan Glen, and work our way up the western Part of
Aethelmarc (sp?), the East Kingdom might not notice. . . Wait - this is ALL
Aethelmarc we're talking about.  

Maybe we should just stick to the proven method of the Atlantian Breeding
Program(tm); it's less obvious.  :)
