Honorable Lord rest assured that you have not offended me.  I merely 
thought to take the opportunity offered by your post to point out to 
others that I think, at least, that I have behaved quite well in the
------ 
matter of UBAG, and have not been tasting my feet over this.

As for the creation of an order of foot-chewing individuals such as 
ourselves, we could certainly go forward with this idea on our own, as 
one does not need a Royal or Baronial charter to create an order, only to 
give that order precedence within the Kingdom or Barony.  As I can not 
imagine a POSITIVE rank being granted with companionship to said order, I 
see no reason to seek either Royal or Baronial sponsorship.
