I have some primary references if you want to get into them.  
Hunniset does a good job but remember that she is writing for the 
theater community.  I also have a CA that is getting ready to go out 
in the next few months that goes into Elizabethan underwear and 
accesories if you are interested.
  I will be at Pointless if you would like me to bring things along.
