MR: Marshmallow Redux

Some time ago, there was a discussion about the
real marshmallows that modern sugar/gelatin
marshmallows try to imitate, and some kind
gentle offered to bring some to an event.
Unfortunately, I don't remember who it was.
Does anyone?
