Speaking as a "whiner", I just figured it made more sense to put my comments
on here since I saw it as a group discussion of principle(s) (ie, "official"
vs "non-official", and "bureacratic" vs "recognition", &c) not just a
particular case where I was upset with anything. In fact, though I have
been charged by someone else with whining on this same thread, I merely asked
for more information. Apparently, some have preconceived notions that
disagreement with an authority in public somehow constitutes whining rather
than an attempt to discuss a matter of public interest/business. This seems
unfortunate and likely to create a situation akin to the "Dark Ages" that
those of the "Enlightenment" believed (mistakenly) existed in the Middle Ages.
I personally believe a public forum of the Kingdom of Atlantia is a great place
to discuss matters without somehow worrying one does not have authority to
express oneself on matters of the day. Perhaps I am mistaken?
