Fair enough. You get a free resume when they are ready, anyway. It is not
more trouble to send to 11 instead of 10, once it's written.

Here's the entry I'm writing to cover my GMU time:

Graduate Business Institute, George Mason University

Established and managed a computer support center with a 15 station lab,
a help desk, and a 6 station computer training classroom. Provided
support and training in Lotus Notes, Windows/95, MS Office, and Netscape
to 100 faculty and staff and 800 MBA graduate students. Assisted over 400
persons in installing and configuring Lotus Notes on their home computers
for remote use over the Internet.

Basically, I've got over 10 years of computer and network experience,
mostly HP3000s and PCs. In spite of that, I can speak and write
understandable English. I can communicate technical ideas to non-technical
people in a way that makes the lightbulb come on. (On good days, I can
even communicate non-technical ideas to technical people, though that is
often much more of a challenge.)
