Unto the gentle folk of the Merry Rose, heavy-hearted greetings from 
Ciaran mac Breandian.

When I think of Kane, virtually every memory brings a smile. I will
remember him
for his hearty laugh, his zest for life, and his honor and chivalry. I
last spoke
with him at Pennsic, and he was laughing and having a grand time. These
are the
memories that I will carry with me. My heart goes out to all of Clan
O'Shannon.
