Tip #1
Don't autocrat. Since it is too late for that try this, make sure that
you delegate some of the responsibility . Find a good feastocrat to
help with the servers, menu & cooking. Get some one to run A&S,
fighting actives.

Tip#2
Be flexible & expect a snag or two to happen. As well as you try to
plan everything, the universe is full of variables.
