Following is the letter which went out Friday nite to Lord Rabah for
inclusion in the March _Acorn_. Roxbury Mill resolved their delinquency on
Saturday.

===================

Unto the good people of the Fair Kingdom of Atlantia, does Lady Rhiannon ui
Neill, send greetings this 31st day of January!!!

With regard to 4th quarter activity, the following groups failed to file a
herald's report: Aire Faulcon, Azurmont, Berley Court, Buckston-on-Eno,
Gaer Gelin, Crannog Mor, Drachentor, Elvegast, Fortaleza, Galyarde's
Bastion, Hawkwood, Hidden Mountain, Hindscroft, Nant Gerwin, Rencester,
Roxbury Mill, Saxon Moor, St. Michael's Keep, St. Stephen, Storvik and
Windmaster's Hill, which is 21 out of 53 groups.

In addition, the following groups had also faile to file a 3rd quarter
report, making for two consecutive missed reports: Buckston-on-Eno, Crannog
Mor, Galyarde's Bastion, Hidden Mountain, Nant Gerwin, Rencester, Roxbury
Mill, St. Michael's Keep and St. Stephen. As has been stated and restated,
failure to file two consecutive reports constitutes a resignation of office
and a suspension of warrant. Notice has gone out to the seneschals of each
of these nine groups that if this situation is not resolved by March 1st, I
will make recommendation to the Crown and Kingdom Seneschale that the groups
in question be placed under suspension.

My records also show the herald's offices to be vacant in St. Stephen,
Buckston-on-Eno and Caer Gelin. These groups are also given a March 1st
deadline to resolve this vacancy, before recommendation is made to the
appropriate parties for suspension of the group.

Finally, I have removed the warrants of any at-large heralds who did not
file 3rd and 4th quarter reports. Any of those parties wishing to
re-warrant need to contact me immediately to find out how they can return to
good graces.

Folks, I, too, have reporting responsibilities. My ability to report on the
status of heraldry in this kingdom hinges on receiving your reports and
knowing what is happening in your office. Quarterly reports are due by the
LAST day of the month following the end of the reporting period. In other
words, you have one full month to file a report. The seneschal's office is
not so lucky. I will do the best I can to provide you with report forms (in
the Herald's Point) and to remind you of the deadlines, but you must meet me
partway. If I do not have your report in hand on the day of the deadline,
you will be marked as delinquent in the next _Acorn_.

In Service to Atlantia,

Lady Rhiannon Ui Neill
Triton Principal Herald, Atlantia
House Corvus, Sacred Stone
