Greetings unto the populace of the Merry Rose does Lord Gaelan, co-autocrat,
sendings greetings,

I am the bearer of both good and bad tidings.  

There has been a larger response than was anticipated.  ALL spaces for feast
and for cabin space have sold out.

There will be limited crash space in the hall for those individuals wishing
to stay on site that do not have cabin space.  If, at all possible, please
make arrangements to tent.  There is plenty of tenting space available at the
site.  Ground fires are NOT allowed.

For those individuals that do not wish to stay on site, there is a Hampton
Inn less than ten minutes from the site at the junction of US 1 and Highway
98.  NO arrangements have been made with the hotel.  To make reservations
with the hotel, call (919) 554-0222.  

For those individuals that are off-board,  there are several  restaurants
within twenty minutes of the site on US 1, closer in towards Raleigh.

This missive is NOT meant to discourage anyone from attending, but to let
everyone know the situation so that they can make plans accordingly.  PLEASE
diseminate this information to anyone and everyone that you know that may be
planning on attending.
