  The Pre-Pennsic mailing is scheduled to be mailed the first week in March.
  Watch your mailboxes, it should be there soon.  AFAIK, this is normal - we
  internet-connected start talking about and get the official scoop from
  unofficial channels before it hits the real ones.  

True, it is normal.

I gather (from reading other lists) that it may be delayed because of some
problems getting labels from Milpitas: don't look for it before the end of
the month, and don't get worried too much if you don't see it April 1,
either.
