I am not sure where I saw this information, and I know I am paraphrasing 
it - probably from Lady Mordeyrn's post (Maybe not
even on the Rose, I am not positive) from a website with information -

The Pre-Pennsic mailing is scheduled to be mailed the first week in March.
Watch your mailboxes, it should be there soon.  AFAIK, this is normal - we
internet-connected start talking about and get the official scoop from
unofficial channels before it hits the real ones.
