Good gentles,

Due to unforseen circumstances, the March issue of _Herald's Point_ (the
Atlantian College of Heralds Newsletter), will not be published until
immediately following Coronation in April (real life stepped in, eh?).

Since we will be mailing late, I had a few notes I wanted to pass on:

1) First Quarter (Jan. 1-Mar. 31) reports are due *in my hands* NO LATER
THAN April 30th. I will have some forms with me at Coronation and there
will be one published in the _Heralds Point_.

2) Submissions should be sent to... THE SUBMISSIONS HERALD!!! That would
be Lord Aodhan Doilfin, Golden Dolphin Herald. His contact info is in the
_Acorn_ regnum. I don't mind receiving submissions, but it only delays
things to send them to me, because I must then mail them to Aodhan...

3) Copies to be sent with submissions are as follows:

1 outline drawing of any armory in black and white (do not color in
the dark areas with black)
        2 transmittal/name sheets
        2 copies of any documentation
3 color copies of any armory
$8 per element in a check or money order made payable to "The
Atlantian College of Heralds/SCA, Inc."

Anything not following this format is subject to return for
correction...

4) Time is ticking down Aodhan's term of office and we need to be
identifying candidates to take over as submissions herald. If you have an
interest in taking this position, please contact BOTH Aodhan and me by April
30th. The person who takes this position must have: (a) a good working
knowledge of the Rules for Submission and medieval heraldic style; (b) time
available to put out a Letter of Intent to Laurel once per month (Atlantia
has sent out over 75 consecutive LOI's and we'd like to continue that
habit); (c) the ability to deal well with difficult and/or angry submitters,
commentors, Triton's, etc; and (d) excellent organizational skills!

Please pass this info on to any heralds you know who aren't subscribed to
this list.... Any questions, feel free to contact me...
